Founded in 1996, The Alabama Boys continue to travel abroad by spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ through song. By the grace of God, through the power of the Holy Spirit, this quartet's musical ministry continues to touch, bless and win souls for Christ. The Alabama Boys originated out of the Bethany S.D.A. Church, Montgomery, Alabama.
The quartet is composed of four spirit filled men of God; Michael Leverett, a native of Mobile, Alabama, Dwight C. Moon, a native of Sylacauga, Alabama, Arthur Sanders, a native of Hope Hull, Alabama, and W. Gerald Williams, a native of Montgomery, Alabama. Due to their musical diversity, The Alabama Boys appeal to all demographics.
Their musical styles include traditional gospel, hymns, contemporary gospel, and Acappella. By God's grace, this gospel quartet's musical ministry has been afforded many opportunities.
God has allowed The Alabama Boys to witness in nursing homes, youth facilities, prisons (male and female) as well as hospitals. Other appearances include the Annual Sickle Cell Foundation Radiothon, Attorney General's Office, Alabama National Fair, Capital City Jubilee City Fest, Alabama National Guard as well as programs dedicated to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Mrs. Coretta Scott King, and Ms. Rosa L. Parks.
With God's Grace, The Alabama Boys will continue to hold up the bloodstained banner and hold to God's unchanging hand. | ||||
